About Us

Our highly trained, experienced team of instructors have all kinds of outdoor adventures under their belts. They are there to help you make the most of your time at TreeZone and will give you plenty of help and advice along the way. 

New Season – New Start.... there’s been a few changes at treezone this season, with Beccy on maternity leave, and others moving onto pastures new:

Chris
 
Chris has moved up from an Instructor to manage TreeZone whilst Beccy is on Maternity leave. 
 
Outside of work you will most likely see Chris in his open canoe!

Jenny

 

Jenny joined us for her first season in March 2013. She is an experienced outdoor instructor and loves most things outdoorsy, including training for her first marathon!

 

 
Josh
Josh started in 2012, hes's an avid mountain biker and everyone loves his enthusiasm, however he comes with a warning:  
 
KEEP YOUR BISCUITS AWAY FROM HIM (he's actually stealing biscuits at the timeof writing this!)
Roger
 
Roger also started at the same time as Jenny and hails originally form Lancashire, he moved to the Highlands in 2012 because the air is fresh and the climbing is awesome! 
Moray
 
Moray is the newest member of our team and I’m sure he’ll be keeping Josh company ripping up some local Aviemore biking trails!
The Forest and its inhabitants
Squirrel-001 webSet in the ancient Caledonian Pine Forest of Rothiemurchus, TreeZone is set in one of the most spectacular settings you're ever likely to encounter. Scots Pines, Douglas Firs, Silver Birch and Beeches provide a home for our resident Red Squirrels as well as many birds both common and decidedly rare.  Buzzards soar overhead, Ospreys fish nearby and many smaller birds such as Treecreepers and Crested Tits pass through to feed each day.
