Treezone is created using the latest 'Speedrunner' safety technology. This means that you are continuously connected to our safety system and cannot fall more than a few inches anywhere on the course. The Treezone team are all trained to the highest standards to make sure you have the safest and most enjoyable time. The course is checked daily and regularly inspected and certified by the European Ropes Course Association and our team are qualified ERCA instructors. You will be fully briefed before you leave the ground and the TreeZone instructors are never very far away should you need any help.
Treezone Courses are designed for most people 7 years old and upwards. The TreeCreeper Course is built for those 1.1m tall and over. The Buzzard been created for all those over 1.3m.

Are there any other restrictions?
Unfortunately Treezone's harnesses and safety system cannot accommodate anyone over 120kg (18st 12lbs), with a waist larger than 125cm (50inches) or a thigh circumference of more than 75cm (29inches)
You will need to be fit and healthy – if you have any medical conditions we recommend checking with your doctor before booking and let us know when you arrive. We'll try our best to accomodate everyone but there may be occasions when it's not possible - your safety always comes first.
No problem. As long as you can swing, crawl, climb nets and grin a lot then you'll be fine. If you feel like a quick rest on the course, just relax and our safety system will take your weight while you catch your breath. There are platforms between each obstacle where you can take a break before conquering the next challenge!
Dress for the outdoors – you'll be swinging in the trees for several hours! We recommend older clothes you don't mind getting a little grubby that will protect you from scuffs and scrapes. Long trousers and long sleeve tops fit best under our harnesses and thin gloves will help to protect your hands. Once the harnesses are done up you can't put on extra clothes! Loose items of clothing and jewellery or long hair that's not tied back could get caught up on the obstacles and are not allowed on the course. In the cooler months gloves are a good idea.
Spare our blushes! Skirts, kilts, dresses and swimwear are not suitable Treezone attire...
Footwear must be well fitting and reasonably tough. Sandals, flip-flops, high heels or going barefoot are all no-goes.
For your safety Treezone will refuse to allow anyone on the course who is dressed inappropriately.

Cameras, camcorders and valuables.
Cameras, phones etc must be securely and safely attached to you at all times on the course. Car keys etc should be in zipped pockets. You wouldn't want to drop anything would you?
We can't take responsibility for your valuables while you are enjoying Treezone but we do have a few small lockers on site for your use. It's better, though, to leave precious things at home or with spectators.
Treezone is year round fun! High winds, thunderstorms or heavy snow in the trees may force us to close the course on safety grounds. Contact us before you leave home if the weather is looking a little too 'interesting'.
If you slip off an obstacle, our safety system will always catch you. After a quick giggle you should be able to clamber back onto the course. If you are having a little more trouble, our instructors can come and give you a hand to continue round.
If for any reason you can't go on and want to return to the ground, our team will assist you. For your safety, it is impossible to leave the course without a Treezone instructor. Once you are released from the safety system and reach terra firma you cannot rejoin the course. We are unable to make refunds in this situation.
There are several great vantage points around the course to watch friends and family. Please keep to the marked paths. We can't allow you to spectate from under the course for safety reasons.
We are lucky to have Red Squirrels, Otters and Ospreys as neighbours. Keep your eye out and you may catch a glimpse of all kinds of nature. While you're up there, Treezone gives unique, spectacular views of the Cairngorm Mountains and the Rothiemurchus Estate.
You'll also see a bunch of grinning loonies swinging through in the trees...
