The privacy of your details is very important to us.  We do not sell or give away any of the details you provide us when visiting www.treezone.co.uk.

If you book an activity with us, your name, address and telephone number, email address and password will be recorded but we cannot see or save your payment details, they are not retained by us.  If you would like a refund you will have to give us your card details over the telephone.

Your details can only be accessed by authorised TreeZone and Rothiemurchus staff and cannot be accessed by other people, websites or internet users.  The paragraphs below explain this in more detail.

What information do you store about me?

- We only collect your name, address, telephone number and email address if you complete a booking for TreeZone. If you click the box “Tick here if you do not wish to hear anymore from TreeZone”, we will delete all of these details except the first half of your postcode, which we use to track which area of the UK or country our visitors live, so we can make sure that we are aware of regional and national holidays and preferences and plan our programmes accordingly.

- If you register with us to book an TreeZone activity, we ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. We store this information on our web server and this information will be used for the sole purpose of recording your booking.

- If you click that you would like to receive further information from us we will retain your personal details only, we have no access to any payment details and keep no records of your card details.

No personal information is ever sold, given away or otherwise distributed to any other person or company outside of Treezone and it's business partners Rothiemurchus and Boots N Paddles
