Refund Policy

All TreeZone activities and other Rothiemurchus activities booked through TreeZone
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.  No provisional bookings are accepted.

Customer Cancellations and Refunds
Standard Bookings
Over 24 hours before the activity - a full refund will be given.
Less than 24 hours before the activity - no refund will be given.
 
Group Bookings – groups of 12 or more participants and groups of any size who have requested special opening times
More than 4 full weeks’ notice – a full refund will be given.

Less than 4 full weeks’ notice – no refund will be given.
   
TreeZone Cancellations and Refunds
TreeZone reserves the right to cancel an activity without refund if it becomes obvious to the instructor that any declarations regarding the age or ability requirements are not accurate.

Due to events outwith its control or for safety reasons, TreeZone may be forced to cancel a session. In the unlikely event of this happening, every effort made to re-schedule the activity. If this is not possible, a full refund will be given.

TreeZone reserves the right to cancel any activity and a full refund will be given.
   
Activity Feedback
TreeZone welcomes all feedback, however if you are dissatisfied with an activity in which you have taken part, for your case to be assessed and any refunds considered you must inform us:

•  verbally within 24hrs of the activity
•  in writing within a week of the activity

Anything outwith this period will not be refunded.
   
Safety
Whilst TreeZone places great emphasis on safety for all concerned, our activities are, by their nature, hazardous and customers must accept a certain element of risk participating in these activities.

For TreeZone and some Rothiemurchus activities booked with TreeZone, customers must sign the relevant Acknowledgement of Risk.

Customers must, at all times, follow any safety instructions given by the Instructor. 
   
Behaviour
Any person found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol or otherwise behaving in a way which, in the view of TreeZone, might threaten or spoil the enjoyment of others, will be required to leave the premises.
